Flatmates in Hawke's Bay

I'm just looking for somewhere peaceful, I tend to keep to myself but happy with the occasional socializing. I have my own furniture too. Currently receiving MSD payments, the occasional casual work. would have to be okay with me home most days. (I still pay rent on time). Can take part of housework, not much of a gardener, I don't smoke nor drink.
