I'm looking for an open an friendly flat with balance between social and own moments. I would love to meet flatmates with whom I can have good chats during the week and who might be up for activities on the week-end !

I like taking pictures, making sweets, and reading. I want to be able to cook as well. I like cleanliness. I also like to talk to people. ・$250 (preferably $230) or less (water, utility bills, unlimited WiFi included) ・Washing machine with dryer (if not, there is space to dry) No charge and I can wash it anytime ・There is a refrigerator and a freezer ・Shower every day ・One-person room with a key if possible ・Roommate is a woman ・Within a 30-minute walk to the World Wide School of English, or within $2 one-way transportation (stage 1) ・I don't have to find the next person to live when I leave the house ・If it's an apartment, it's the second floor or higher ・There is a window and the sun is good ・Furnished ・There is no need to prepare bedding ・The mailbox is locked ・I would be happy if I had a foreign roommate who could talk to me ・I would be happy to have a microwave oven, rice cooker, toaster, electric kettle, and oven ・I'd be happy if I could invite my friends ・I'm happy if there are no insects
