Looking for a clean place and good vibes

I would like to live in a place with maximum 3 others people who are really clean. I would like to have my own space (room) and if we have to share the bathroom, I prefer that we share it between 2 people but not just one bathroom for everyone. I would like an accomodation with washmachine and wi-fi or good internet connection.

I'm looking for a furnished room in a tidy, friendly environment.

I’m looking for a flat in Auckland with clean and considerate roommates. Noise isn’t a concern for me, and I love pets! I’m not particular about the age of the flat; cleanliness is my top priority. I’m also flexible with decor, so I’m open to any style. Thank you!

A place to rest and live and work remotely. I am remote worker

If you value a clean, comfortable, and harmonious environment, I think we will get along. I promise to keep my room, as well as communal spaces clean and tidy. I also like to cook, so if you like Japanese food I will cook some for you! I will most likely purchase a bicycle to get around. Won't be buying a car. If the room comes with a study desk, that would be most ideal, as I do remote translation and design work from home. Preferably within walking distance to grocery stores, and not too far away from the city. For the right place, I am willing to stay for as long as I can.
