Looking for people around same age and understand personal space and having a busy life. Am quite independent so somewhere with my own space but also somewhere I feel sweet enough to chill and feel social in my own place with too.

I'm looking for a flat close to the city, ideally in Otumoetai, but Bellevue or Mount Maunganui works too. I would like all bills to be included in the rent, I am looking at staying in Tauranga for over a year but am unsure when exactly I am leaving so an open ended contract would be good. Ideally I would prefer female flatmates but am open to male flatmates as long as there is females as well.

Hey Whanau, so myself and my little dog Macey are currently looking for a safe flatting situation to live, due to reducing our costs. Ideally somewhere that is fenced, but not essential. Macey is an 11 year old chichuahua who never barks, not your typical chichuahua and she's very chilled out. I'm a 55 year old lady who mainly sticks to myself. We are both fully house trained.😉😉.
