I'd like a cosy room for myself and my friend. I would love to have flat mates who respects our privacy, but open to invites for a meal or just chill.

I would love to live in a friendly place, with kind people in or around Newmarket. Has a roster for chores, so the place is kept clean. And a bit of storage.

I want to use my own single room with single toilet, but share kitchen and living room with other flatmates. I'd like to live close to Lincoln University.

I think what makes me a great person to live with is that I genuinely love creating a warm, peaceful space where we both feel at home. I enjoy cooking—it’s my love language, really! There’s something special about making dinner for us(me and for my husband) after a long day, putting on some music, and sharing a cozy meal together. Cleaning isn’t a chore when it’s about keeping our space feeling calm and happy it’s just another way I show I care. and Rent mostly includes water, power, and internet.

Looking for a fully furnished place with a decent kitchen setup. A standard fridge size (with freezer), an oven, a stove top, a microwave, and a decent amount of counter space. A flat with a dish washer and washing machine/dryer would be a bonus too but might be flexible on those. I would also want the place to have some type of AC/heating. Also important is bathroom arrangement, how many bathrooms are there and how many people will be sharing a bathroom. I would prefer if I'm sharing a bathroom with only one other person and it's not like 5 to one bathroom. Would also be good to have a double or queen sized bed, not just a single, but am flexible on this. Looking for a place that is central to Wellington, so like north Te Amo or south Thornton, perhaps on the Terrace but also easily accessible to Victoria University's Pipitea Campus near the bay. Would also be good to know where you buy groceries from (and how far those places are from you), as well as the closest gym, and the closest bus/public transit stop. When it comes to price, looking to see if I can find the best located fully furnished place, with not too many flatmates sharing bathrooms, with a good kitchen setup, for the best price. So looking to see what's out there.
