It's free to advertise your flat and there are four options available:

• Advertise a room in a flat living with other flatmates
• Advertise an empty rental property
• Advertise a room in a private homestay
• Advertise a room in a student accommodation, hostel or backpackers

We also made it possible to advertise multiple rooms within the same flat, and if you're a landlord with multiple properties you can also manage these together in one place too.

When advertising your flat for the first time, we invite you to enter details about your flat (e.g. the street address and photos) and your rooms (e.g. room size, furnishings and photos) then save these details forever, or until you choose to delete your account. This makes it easy to list multiple rooms, or relist rooms in the future, without re-entering the information that always stays the same.
