The house is a 2 bedroom place, and I am potentially going to put a sleep out in to make it a 3 bedroom place.

The house is located in Woolston - 10 mins drive from Sumner, 10 mins from the city and close to the hills. Might suit someone who likes to go exploring in the weekend.

Room is $300pw plus expenses if it remains a 2 bedroom place. $200pw plus expenses if I add the sleepout in.

Moving date is flexible from March 21 onwards.

The furniture pictured isn't what will be there.

The room is medium sized. It would fit a queen bed and can come furnished or unfurnished.

I am looking for 1-2 people who are tidy, respectful, has experience living with others. If we have shared interests that could be fun but is not essential.

I enjoy being social but also need time to myself so this house would not suit someone who works from home or doesn't have a job.

I am hoping to get a dog in the future so dog friendly is important too :)
