About the flat
This is a shared property with one space available if you have a car. It is located on a main road, with easy access to the motorway. The Luckens Rd Dairy, Northwest Mall and Westgate are all within a 15-20min walk.

About the room
The bedroom is a small double room facing the front of the house. It contains a king single bed, bedside table and small drawers. It has a single wardrobe with a storage cupboard above. It will fit a double or queen, but obviously the bigger the bed the less space. You can use any of the furniture, or bring your own.
Preferred flatmate
We are looking for a reliable person who pays their rent on time. Smokers are not an issue, but MUST smoke outside. No pets, as we already have 4 cats are not allowed anymore pets.

Easy going mum to two grown men. I'm used to having a younger gen around me (sometimes I even enjoy it🤪). Keep mostly to myself mostly but love a conversation too.
Friendly and outgoing. Mad on cars, gaming and Sarah.

They're a little wary at first but very friendly once they get to know you.
