• The apartment is really well-equipped:

- Washing machine and dryer - Dishwasher, kitchenware, appliances (toaster, kettle, microwave, etc.) - 2 bathrooms with separate toilets 🚽

The rent is $235 per week, which includes utilities and weekly cleaning by a professional 🧹

The flatmates are friendly and respectful, with a relaxed and sociable atmosphere, perfect for those who like to have their own space while being in a friendly environment.
