About the room
A warm sunny large room is available in a four-bedroom house, suitable for a couple or can be available for a single so apply through. 20 min walk to the University of Canterbury, nearby bus stop to Lincoln University and Ara Institute. 10 min walking to bush in the centre, and 5 min drive to Westfield Riccarton. There are two toilets, a separate bathroom and plenty of space. Note: the photo is an old one there is a queen bed in the room.
