About the flat
Bond is $980 + $243 (one weeks rent)
Very nice, big two-story house located in Thorndon 6011, Wellington. Has a garden and small front area. The upstairs bathroom is very nice and comes with a bath and shower. There is a second bathroom downstairs. Lovely modern kitchen, it is furnished with a decent range of pots, pans, silverware and glassware etc and also has an airfryer and microwave. It is a 4 minute walk to New world and a 10 minute walk to the train station. Bus stops are pretty close too.
Everyone in the house is always keen for a drink, very nice and clean people.
About the room
Room comes with a wardrobe, double bed (sheets/pillows NOT incl), chair, curtains, couch (cheetah blanket and playboy rug do NOT come with it), haven't decided if I am keeping the drawers or shelf yet.
Has a very big window that can open very wide, has an amazing view of the mountains. Every bedroom in the house have locks on them that require codes so very safe.
Preferred flatmate
An ideal flatmate is somebody that is clean, respectful and friendly.
