The New World supermarket is a 2-minute walk away, and the Wellington Train Station is a 10-minute walk.

You will have 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom to yourself, while the living room, kitchen, and laundry are shared. The room includes a large wardrobe (shown in pictures) and is otherwise unfurnished.

The room is just large enough that you could probably fit a desk with a double or queen bed, however it might be a bit cramped. There is plenty of space in the living room if you would like to set up a desk or some other furniture in the shared area. Take a look at the photos of the living area to get an idea of how much space there is. Power & Internet are included in the rent.

I work from home (9-5 weekdays) so I’m looking for someone quiet, tidy, and respectful. No parties or loud music etc.
