Bond is $567 . great place to be if you love the wellington city life and especially if you work in the city. close to the beehive, next door to the botanical gardens. quite and quaint street which has a little alley way that connects to really good bars and restaurants. about a 20min walk to new world, 12 min walk to central station, and few minutes walk to bus stops.
About the room
room has 2 big windows which gets a lot of sunlight. i can sell the single bed for a small price which fits perfectly for this room really. room is also carpeted like the rest of the house.
