The flat is located in a rural area in Te Puna so possible tenants will please need their own form of transport (there is a car port where you will be able to put your car). The bathroom ares are shared but there is a seperate toilet. Kitchen is also shared tho it is a kitchenette so it may not be the place for people who love to cook. Lots of gardens outside that are the property of the landlord but she says it is okay if we use some of her things if we ask and we are welcome to do our own gardening. The place is situated in between a kiwifruit farm and kauri Grove (we are not allowed to cross into either) and a few minutes down the road is a small beach/boat ramp area.

Choice between the smaller room(210$) with French door leading outside or slightly larger room(240$)Wardrobe available and will provide some other small furnishings if needed.

Someone with their own form of transport, someone who is tidy and will pay rent on time. Someone willing to get along and communicate with tenants.
