This is a three-bedroom house with open decks and French doors from the dining room and lounge. There are several fruit trees and rose bushes around the property. There is parking on the driveway for two vehicles and plenty of free roadside parking.

We are located in Te Atatu South one road from the motorway onramps North or to the City. Just down the road is a bus stop and a number of shops. A little further down the road, there is New World and a gym.

I am pretty involved in my work so spend most of my time there not a big drinker. I just finished bringing up two children as a solo parent they have now both left home so I'm new to having a flatmate.

My other flatmate is a friendly guy in his 20s who works in hospitality.

One room to rent can fit Queen size bed and drawers, desk easily, and has a wardrobe. I can provide the room furnished or unfurnished have a lot of spare gear.
