Our flat is based in Te Aro which is super close to everything,
New world is 7mins walk,
Gym is 4min walk,
Train station is 20min walk.
It’s on the second floor on the building and has a small outside open area attached to the flat see photos.
6 bedroom flat, 2 toilets and 1 shower, Also bills are equally shared among flatmates monthly.
It’s a perfect location for students studying in CBD :) And we are right by Cuba street so lots of shopping nearby :)

About the room
We have 4 rooms available so if you have a friend or anyone you would like to bring along you are more than welcome :) We 2 smaller and we have 2 medium sized rooms. I will add photos once I’ve got them back from the landlord.
Preferred flatmate
Someone friendly, clean, respectful and also is reliable to pay bills on time, preferably someone aged 18 to mid 20s.

Heyyy everyoneee i’m Jahazi i am 18 turning 19, i’m a student at NZST studying International Flight Attending, i’m friendly and love to have catch up chats but also like to do my own thing. I enjoy going to the gym, journaling, music and trying new food places. i like to keep common areas clean and love to meet new people :) I also enjoy playing board, card or just any games in general :)
Pizza cook. Always keen for a chat and always got something going on the stove.
