This is a four bedroom townhouse in Te Aro. It’s located very centrally, just off the corner of Abel Smith and Willis Street and an easy walk to Cuba st, Aro Valley shops, and the CBD. The house was built in the last few years and so is well insulated and has double glazing. We tend to only need to run the heat pump sparingly in the winter as it doesn’t get all that cold inside. There is a locked storage room below the house if you have anything that needs to be tucked away.

You’ll be living with two girls in their mid 20s both working full time one as a teacher and one as a lawyer.

Off street parking may be available for an additional $30/week, we’d just have to check with the landlord.

This room is upstairs on the first floor. It is on the smaller side but can fit a single bed and a desk or a dresser. It is warm, dry, and quiet. There is additional storage available in the hot water cupboard or in the storage room below the house.

Expenses with four people is around $20/week for power and internet, this is enough to get us through the winter running the heat pump and using the dryer as needed without having to change our APs.

We'd love someone in their twenties, studying or working who's friendly and keen for a chat. We're a pretty quiet flat so someone that will fit in with that.
