Room Available in 3-Bedroom Flat Young pro or Student At this stage, we haven't moved into the flat yet, but we've secured it with the landlord Location: Vivian Street, Wellington (Between Basin Reserve & Courtney Place) We are looking for a flatmate to join our 3-bedroom flat! The flat is in a great location, just minutes from the vibrant heart of Wellington, with easy access to all the best spots in town. Move-in is early February.

This Room is the ensuite and largest room in the flat. It has a small window that looks onto the balcony. There is a walk in wardrobe that leads into the ensuite. You will have to furnish this room as no furniture is included. We have a video that shows the layout of the room better if you are interested :)

We are looking for a preferable female flatmate who is clean, respectful and enjoys a mix of nights in or out. ideally, someone who is also a student or young professional.
