Sharing the kitchen / living area's with 2 others, and the bathroom with just 1 of your flatmates. Located on Cuba Street, between Dixon St & Ghuznee, you have quick and easy access to shops, bars and Restaurants. With Courtenay place, and Lambton Quay a 5 minute walk.

The bathroom has a shower over bath, toilet, sink vanity and a washing machine. Downstairs you have an open plan kitchen / living / dining area with plenty of space to entertain, a shared pantry, and a balcony looking over Cuba street. The flat does not have parking, and has access from both Cuba St & Eva/Leeds St. Flatmates: Downstairs is a lovely guy who acts as the main tenant, he cooks a lot and is great to chat to. Upstairs flatmate is yet to move in, but I think he is a masters student, due to move in later this week

There is a non-functioning clothes drier (recently broke) this may be replaced toward the end of summer, dependant on entire flat agreeing to this
