About the flat
Just off of Cuba street, close to absolutely everything, yet still quiet, peaceful and private. Situated on the 2nd storey above a Korean restaurant!
Recently renovated flat with cozy wooden features. Spacious living room and well insulated. It has some lovely windows to watch the rain pouring if that’s your thing, but you’re also 5 minutes from the waterfront too.
Other flatmates are social but considerate people who also enjoy time to themselves, whether that’s Sims or a cheese board.
About the room
Couples room (or baller single!), plenty of space for a queen or king bed and a couple of dressers, and an ensuite with a bath & shower. Has a skylight with a blind, wardrobe space, shelving and storage too!
Preferred flatmate
Similar vibes to the current housemates as a kind and sociable person, with the awareness to look after their own space. Happy to yarn and have a glass of something, without full party-flat intentions - by all means enjoy yourself though!

Callum is the primary tenant in the flat, super easy-going, usually away in the evenings and loves living in the heart of Wellington. He’s relaxed and considerate, down for a quiet brew, and to chuck on a movie or some tunes once in a while.
Ella is moving in mid-Feb, chilled student looking to knock out their honours degree in a nice flat with sweet people!
