Two options are available: first, a larger room that fits a queen bed comfortable and receives plenty of sunlight or a smaller. Second, is a smaller room that will fit a queen room but best for a double or smaller. The rent is different for each room (TBD).

The property is a cozy three bedroom townhouse. Modern build and doubled glazed. Common areas are already furnished and will suit someone with little to move.

Within walking distance is the Linden train station around the corner (2 minute walk) and a couple of dairies/takeaways.

The Tawa village shops are within a 5 minute drive. The Porirua mall is within a 10 minute drive.

Two current flatmates, one is a bit of a gamer and generally keeps to his room, other spends a fair bit of time away from property.

The smaller room suits a double bed or smaller (but will fit a queen). Spare furnishings are available for use, side table, desk, shelving. Room has a built-in wardrobe.

Room receives plenty of direct natural light.

Rent includes utilities, internet and electricity and shared cleaning supplies.
