Room 2: A very sunny, north-facing room, with the shared bathroom directly opposite. (You share with one other person). The room comes fully furnished with a queen size bed, dressing table, heater, double wardrobe with shelving, bookshelf, bedside cabinet and lamp, shoe rack, washing basket and shoe rack. There is room for a small desk if required. The room opens out onto a wooden deck. The room is cleaned and bed linen changed weekly by the owner. Full board can be requested for $300 per week.

Ideal flatmate is sociable, friendly, tidy, respectful and reliable. You will need to be comfortable with dogs.
