The apartment is in a secure and well looked after building. The flat has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a lovely kitchen/living space. There is a small deck that looks out across a grass field and towards the city. The flat is light and warm, with new heat pumps, a relatively new kitchen and great apartment building amenities. The communal pool is lovely with a spacious outdoor area.

The room comfortably fits a double bed and a small desk. There is a large wardrobe, sunny windows and a small door out to a deck. Your bathroom is directly across the hall, shared only with the laundry facilities. The glass is double glazed so you will sleep soundly.

This is a peaceful and quiet flat. Someone who is happy to chat and share a meal sometimes would be ideal, but there is plenty of space for you to do your own thing.
