About the flat

Home of solo dad, 23 year old daughter and 11 year old daughter. Sunny and warm room in downstairs of house. Bathroom and separate lounge shared with 23 year old. Views, large private bush section and deck. Close to beaches, cafes, and walking tracks. The number 2 and 30 express major bus route to city is 3mins walk, number 14 is 7mins. Note Google maps doesn't show the walkway from our place to bus stop on Broadway.

About the room

Room with queen bed, open wardrobe, draws, desk and TV. Warm and dry with sunny bush views. Good internet.

Preferred flatmate

Prefer female. Working holiday visa person wanting to stay for a few months. We love hosting internationals.
