The living room, kitchen and laundry room are fully furnished. The entertainment system in the living room is top notch and there's heaps of space. I'll be the only other person living at the flat. There's a bathroom on the first floor next to the laundry room with a washer/dryer, then another two bathrooms upstairs in each bedrooms ensuite. There's plenty of street parking, I've never struggled to find a park at any point in the last 2 years. The townhouse is right next Edgeware Village with a supermarket, butcher, fruit shop, bakery, pub, liquor store and takeaways. There is a back porch thats in the sun all day, I haven't done anything with it so you can feel free to furnish it or do what you want to it. I don't smoke but not bothered if you do as long as its outside.

The bedroom is huge (3.8m by 3.1m) with an Ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, there are a couple of windows letting in natural light. I couldn’t get any photos of the room empty sorry but my current flatmate may be happy to sell you the bed and bedside tables in the picture if needed.

Looking for someone with a mixture of liking to do their own thing but also having some fun times at the house like movie nights, casual drinks etc. Someone who's clean, tidy and respectful.
