About the flat
The flat is an upstairs unit (unfortunately no wheelchair access), in a complex of approximately 20 units in a quiet street just 10 minutes walk from Merivale Mall. It has been freshly renovated and has good carpets. It has 2 double bedrooms, shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. The flat has a heat-pump and is doble-glazed, making it a quiet and warm flat. Close to bus stops, supermarkets, and other conveniences. Grounds are very well maintained by the landlord.
About the room
The room comes unfurnished, is a good size and will fit a queen sized bed easily. Has wardrobe space.
Preferred flatmate
Ideally I am looking for either someone undertaking post-grad study or a professional person. Must be a non-smoker and non-vaper, not into parties, is clean, tidy and considerate of others and someone who prefers to live quietly. If a working person, someone who does not work odd shifts or hours. The flat is currently unfurnished so that any furnishings in common areas can be agreed to by us both. As I am currently still in Timaru and not yet moved in, a potential flatmate will need to be agreed to by myself and the landlord.
