Hello!
My partner and I are looking to fill the our last room with its own bathroom in our sunny house in Silverdale. It’s a super short walk away from the Hibiscus Coast Bus station, Pak’n’save, Gyms, Cafes and much more. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, house has a turfed backyard and sunny deck perfect for the odd social occasion or BBQ.
The three existing flatmates are my partner, myself and two girls - one of which will be leaving us to return to study in the Netherlands at the end of Jan.
(Photos are of previous owner’s furnishing so it’s slightly different now ☺️. Communal areas are already furnished and the bedroom available has a double bed frame and mattress - so it’s partially furnished)
Room available Jan 24th: This room is able to fit a double bed (and a desk if bed is against the window). Comes with sole use of your own bathroom downstairs. Off street car park available for an added $20.

I'm a recent product design graduate from AUT and am super passionate about all things design, art, and music. I work full-time as a product development designer at BLUNT umbrellas and enjoy the occasional host / bbq / or dinner party as well as winding down with some tv or a board game.
I recently concluded my studies of Mechanical Engineering at UOA. I work for Halter as a mechanical engineer and commute into the city daily. Both myself and Avalon are the owners of the property, so no flat inspections or concerns of landlords kicking people out to sell the house or move in themselves.
