Hello! Just a bit of context behind the flat. I was living with my partner and a mate of ours but long story short we had a falling out so it’s just me here now. My mates stuff is still in his old room but I am aiming to get it all out before the 20th. House is a bit cluttered at the moment (most of the things aren’t mine haha) but again I’m looking to sort all that out before anybody moves in. There is a single car port (shared with neighbor) and I do not have a car at this point in time so you are more than welcome to use my spot for the time being. Otherwise there is either a driveway or the road if you’re comfortable with that. The rent itself is $540 per week, but I just chopped it in half for simplicity. As for wfifi/power I’ll have to double check with partner about those prices as she used to handle those things haha. I know I put “no pets” but the landlord is happy with cats just no dogs unfortunately. So if you have a cat they will definitely be making a new friend! Hello again! I am an 18 year old male for those who are wondering by the way. Just looking for a generally clean person with a good attitude I suppose. If you enjoy music (mainly rock/metal) then you’ll fit right into this flat. Smokers (I also am one) are welcome just preferably not inside all the time just to keep the landlord happy haha. If you enjoy lifting weights that’s also a bonus I have a rusty bench and some weights I use outside, it’s a solid setup trust. Anyway not sure what else to write but hopefully this helps you!
