About the flat
Located along St Johns Road, pretty central access to the CBD with parking allocated, 5 minute drive to supermarket and take outs.
Myself and my partner are currently the only people in the whare and we’re super easy going.
About the room
The pictures do not show the ensuite room but I’m happy to send pics and get this listing updated.
$400p/w for couple or $350/w for single - 2 weeks bond is required. Ensuite room is super spacious, can easily fit a king/super king bed with additional space left. Walk in wardrobe and bathroom to yourself.
Room is for rent and additional bills can be split at the end of each month- open for negotiation for the right person. ?
Preferred flatmate
We would like to have a home we can all hangout out - your friends and whanau included! If you have a sociable nature about you then you will naturally fit into our whare very well. Arohamai - if you are a “stay in your room all the time” kind of person then our whare will not be ideal for you. Me and my partner are loud and it’s not by choice haha, we both come from a big whanau if you know you know haha. Obviously downtime is respected too! 😊
