About the flat
5 Min walk to countdown and 10-minute drive to the University of Waikato.
Very friendly flat we love to get together and have movie/game nights, and both of us are easy to get along with. but are also very chill and tend to relax in our rooms and do our own thing.
We do have a flatmate contract/ set of rules we would like to follow so everyone is happy in the flat and we have no dramas :).
(ALSO NOTE) The bond is $600 as the current flatmate in the ensuite is paying a little more so it makes the rent and bond lower :)
