There are two bedrooms available in an architecturally designed modern and comfortable home - in a rural area that is 5 minutes drive from both Rolleston & West Melton so it would be necessary to have a vehicle. Rolleston offers all the amenities you might need including gas stations, restaurants, takeaways, The Warehouse & super markets. West Melton though smaller has some helpful amenities including a 4 Square, gas station and award winning French bakery. I am the home owner and live with my dog Lola - who is friendly and enthusiastic about life in general being a teenager (in dog terms). I like to take walks, pilates, HIIT, read, watch movies, do creative things like sewing, painting, mosaics and have recently delved into meditation.

The room is large enough for a queen sized bed and desk and has a fitted wardrobe - though this is also flexible depending what furniture you may already have. Other monthly costs would include power, gas hot water & hob as well as internet.
