1 year old house in Rolleston Faringdon, short drive to the city around 25 minutes, shops and supermarkets less than a 10 min drive. We are a chill, friendly gay couple. We like a well kept tidy house, enjoy chatting and having checky Bev 🍻 We have another spear room that is used for family or friends when they need to stay. This room is also available for you to use for family or friends to stay with our permission.

Standard double room Can include queen bed and drawers or come unfurnished. Room has standard double wardrobe. (doesn't include bedding ie sheets pilllows etc) you will have soul access to the main bathroom (excluding visitors)

We are after 1 person who can keep their areas clean and tidy including maintaining a tidy/clean bathroom. Clean up after themselves etc. Doesn't mind socialising or having a drink, watch TV etc. We also will respect your privacy when you need it 😊 age range mid 20s to early 30s, ideally after a male but open to anyone who will fit in well with us!
