My home is warm and is easily heated or cooled by an efficient heat pump. My home is in close proximity to supermarkets, malls and a number of foodie outlets. Some of these are within easy walking distance and others via public transport or via car.

The room has a new bed, which has its own linens, pillows and blankets, there is a table which you can set up your computer or television. The room has a dresser and built-in wardrobe. The room on offer is the warmest in the house and it the first to see the sun in the morning.

The ideal flat mate is someone who doesn't mind and good chin wag but happy to have their own space too. I prefer a person who is honest and decent, one who isnt a picky eater.
