About the flat
Looking for a couple large king size room on Richard Farrell Avenue, Remuera, Auckland 1050
In consideration of other flat mates and our shared driveway we ask not to bring visitors into our home (except partners and immediate family).
We are friendly, extremely clean, and tidy working professionals. We value our space and privacy due to our busy schedules. Existing flat mates:
25 - Ming and Anthony are brothers from Malaysia and works in manufacturing from 6am weekdays
35 - Angie works from home (currently in between contracts) and plays tennis most evenings
Beds, draws, and desks are available in each room or bring your own.
2 weeks bond and 2 weeks advance required:
- own toilet & bathroom - 1 onsite parking - expenses include power, fast Internet, and water
