It’s a fully furnished house and you would be living with the owner and one other Flatmate. We’re both gay men and ideally seeking someone similar or gay friendly to share the house. We are looking to be able to either share the odd meal or you can do your own thing. The rent includes all bills except for your food, for which you do your own thing. Where fairly easy going, and one of us are shift workers so the house often has someone floating around.

Located in the suburbs and there is public transport available a minute walk away however a means of transport would be more ideal from this location.

The room is north facing and gets the sun most of the day. There is a built in Aircon in the room for the hot days or cold nights. The room has a built in wardrobe, and can come furnished with a queen sized bed or empty.
