Our home is just outside of Pukekohe, sitting on a hill facing the Waikato River valley. Quite quiet road with only a few houses & surrounded by fields. We are fully fenced with off street parking. (7 min drive into Puke town centre & bus/train station. 5 mins to the nearest dairy, fish n' chippy / Chinese takeaway). You would be sharing with myself (Bri) and my partner Jeremy. We also have Jeremy's 16 y/o with us week on / week off. We are very busy people, work full time in Mt Wellington Mon-Fri (I work from home 2 days a week). In our free time we keep pretty active; walking our 2 dogs, running, hiking, sailing, seeing friends and in the summer... BBQ's, beers occasionally & will be off to the odd gig, camping trips etc. During the week is pretty quiet, early nights & early starts as we commute to the city. Jeremy loves to cook as well, so he spends time on the weekends experimenting with things, not my forte at all so I stay well clear! Ha.

The room is a large unfurnished bedroom, lots of natural light and has a large built in wardrobe. The bathroom is just next door with a bath & shower, you would be sharing with Micah the week that he is here. Otherwise we have our own shower & rarely use the bath as we are on tank water.

Any additional costs - Bills we just have a flat rate of $30 per week (appropriate use of power, gas, water, internet). Bond - 2 weeks rent paid up front (along with first weeks rent).
