I'm looking to fill a room which is shared with myself and my two toddlers - I will share the co-parenting details upon application. Currently leased until mid-Jan 2026 with the possibility to extend until 2027.
The property has plenty of parking and includes use of the pool (not currently heated) and spa. Awesome spot with different perspectives of the harbour from each room.
$300/week rent plus expenses . Move-in costs are four weeks bond plus two weeks rent in advance ($1800 total).
Please note that due to the living situation, any successful applicant will require reference and police checks - ensure you are comfortable with this before applying.
