It's a cute colonial style home. It has panoramic views of the sea and the mountain. It's cosy due to excellent woodstove fireplace, insulation everywhere, heat transfer kit and heat pump and double glazed bedroom windows. Nice soft carpet except for rimu flooring in kitchen. It's close to the Mt Egmont / Taranaki national Park and Pukeiti gardens. World class surf breaks out in front and a couple of cool villages closeby. 20 - 25 minutes to New Plymouth.

Recently renovated room - see pics with built in double wardrobe. Desk and TV can be supplied if wanted. Also double bed and recliner armchair. (All can be removed if not required. Please note - Although we have good mobile /internet coverage I make a hot spot on my phone to access the internet. You'd need to arrange your own internet connection which I'd be requesting be turned off when not in use overnight. Smoking - outside only. Power bills to be split.

Clean, tidy, honest, reliable, trustworthy, always pays the rent on time. Friendly but enjoys own space. Enjoys living in the country, is healthy and reasonably content. Must have own transport.
