We are looking for a flatmate to join our home in Pinehill, very close to the Greville Road highway exit! There is a bus stop right in front of the house, so you can easily get to the city, Massey University, and Albany mall by bus! If you have a car, there is a dedicated parking space available.

The owners (Korean) live on the second floor, and the first floor is an independent space for flatmates. The first-floor kitchen for flatmates is equipped with modern whiteware. Each room has a separate lock, so you can live privately.

Comfortable environment: The whole house is equipped with an HRV dry air circulation system, which keeps the indoor environment warm and comfortable even in winter. You can live safely with the gate man system.
