About the flat
The house is a character home on a large fenced section, close to bus stop and within short drive from Coastlands shopping centre, swimming pool, beach & train station.
About the room
One room in the main house is available. It's quite spacious. There's a heat transfer unit so it's well ventilated and dry in the winter. There's a built in wardrobe. otherwise it's unfurnished, however a single bed can be provided if required.
Preferred flatmate
Professional, non smoker, quiet, clean, considerate. Must like cats.

Note the room is attached to the main house but is entirely private with its own entrance and amenities. I'm an IT professional (manager) in his fourties, working in Wellington, working from home two days per week on average. I have a partner who stays over from time to time and a stepson who visits. I enjoy gardening and socializing, generally a quiet easygoing person.
