Big happy house . Not a flat or party house . We have periodic inspections and I keep a perfect track record . I'm very laid back and easy going . I work fulltime so enjoy my sleep and rest . Always happy to share a meal etc . We are close to all transport and amenities. We have a 2nd lounge that can be furnished if you have nice furnishings etc .
