Cozy Furnished Room for Rent – Papamoa

Hi! My elder daughter is currently away for her studies, so her large, cozy, and fully furnished bedroom is now available for rent in our lovely three-bedroom home.

About the home: Three bedrooms, one bathroom, one garage (plus one sweet indoor cat). I don't cook often, so the kitchen is free in most of the time!

The room includes: A solid bunk bed (lower bed can be removed for extra space). Desk & chair. Built-in wardrobe, plus lots of drawers. Option to replace the lower bed with a single armchair and coffee table for a relaxing private nook :)

Rent: $220 per week (includes WiFi and all utilities-fair use). $330 per week for two people sharing. Two-week bond required.

Ideal flatmate(s): Female – either a single person or two friends happy to share the room. Sorry, no couples or pets. Minimum stay of one month.
