Hey. One of our flatmates is moving so we are looking for someone to join our flat in our 20s/30s. Rent would be $210 per week plus food and expenses. It is in Cherrywood, so super close to shops and a 10 minute walk down to Kulim Park and the waterfront.

The room has built in storage and can fit up to a King sized bed. Lots of light and gets all the afternoon and evening sunshine.

It is a 10 minute drive into Tauranga town and 15 minute drive to the Mount

It's a 4 bed place. Has a full bathroom and a laundry plus toilet. No garage but a car port and plenty of parking. Heat pumps have been installed in all the bedrooms as well as HRV.

It is a big room that can fit a queen size bed easily. It has a nice sized wardrobe and gets lots of sunshine.

We are looking for someone time who is working full time and in their 20s/30s. Someone who is sociable but also likes a bit of space. Not a party flat but like a quiet wine in the evenings. Clean, tidy and respectful.
