My partner and I own the property and are in search of one or two people to become our flatmate/ boarders. It is located within Otorohanga, and is about a 5 minute walk to the Main Street. The property overlooks the towns soccer field and Netball courts. It is also just down the road from the local pools. We have recently renovated the bedrooms and other parts of the house with new carpet, paint, wallpaper, curtains and lights. We have also added a patio area out the back section for all to enjoy. The property also comes with a range of different fruits trees including apple trees, lemons, guava, mandarin, and plums.

We have two rooms available, both of which easily fit kings size beds with space to spare. One of the rooms has a single built in wardrobe with spacious cupboard above. The other has a double wardrobe with large cupboard above. The rooms will unfurnished. Bathroom, toilet, laundry, kitchen and lounge are all for shared living. The rooms are $220 each. Bills and food are not included (although you are more than welcome to have fruit from the fruit trees)

We are looking for someone who is social but respects our privacy. Ideally we are after someone who is clean and tidy and contributes to the household cleaning.
