We're looking for an excellent sort to join our happy house on the sunny side of Otahuhu (Seaside Park side).

An unfurnished room is available from 15th March. It is around 9m2 and has plenty of space for a queen sized bed and desk, and has a built-in wardrobe. Rent is $175 per week + $25 p/w for expenses (power, water, gas, internet and a few kitchen bits). The bond is 4 weeks rent.

We're in a quiet street only a 1-minute drive from the motorway on/off-ramps, making everywhere very accessible… in clear traffic it's under 15 mins to the city centre!

You’ll be living with myself (31M working in clinical trials), my partner (32F with an admin role at a freight forwarding company) and one other (25M roofer), and we’re all chilled, tidy and friendly.
