We have a room becomming available in the beautiful Town of Omokoroa! Great views, beautiful home and amazing neighborhood. Close to Omokoroa beach with shops just down the road, what more could you ask for! There is a chemist, fresh choice, local tavern, bakery, barber, bottle o, and much more. We are a couple in our 30s with a 3 year old social son, he is very well behaved and our room is soundproof so very private! There are 2 other flatties in thier 30s aswell who work from 1:30pm till 11pm Monday to Friday. We are all social but love our privacy and quite often have social bbqs on the weekends, we are looking for someone like minded and respectful, who is clean and tidy and is happy to join a fun flat!

The room comes with a King single bed, a set of drawers bedside table and also has a built in wardrobe. There is also ventilated air-conditioning throughout the whole house including the room. You will be sharing a bathroom with 2 others but they keep the bathroom and separate toilet very clean. All bills are included, water, Electricity and wifi within reason.
