A comfortable and tidy room is available for rent in our modern 4-bedroom house, featuring a spacious garden and a modern, well-equipped kitchen. The house is warm and comfortable, with a ducted heat pump system that keeps all rooms cozy in colder months. Our home is in a great location, close to a bus stop to the CBD and a short distance from Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology, making it ideal for students or professionals.

The room is fully furnished with a queen bed and a bedside table and has a double wardrobe with lot of storage. A table can be arranged if needed. You'll also have access to a private bathroom and toilet for extra convenience. Rent includes WiFi, Netflix, power, gas, water (within reasonable usage). Rent doesn't include laundry products and food.

We have a friendly dog, so you must be okay with dogs (but no additional pets, sorry!). We’re looking for a responsible, respectful, and clean tenant who will help maintain a tidy living environment. We love a good chat, but love our privacy too, and we respect others privacy as well. Non-smokers/vapers only.
