Super cool flat located in the Historic Northland Fire-station. We're right across the road from a mini-supermarket, and every kind of takeout you could want (including all three pizza places, Pizza hut, Dominos and Hells). The number four bus route stops right outside our doorstep, and the number two bus stop are about to a five minute walk away. Easy walk to Vic Kelburn Campus and down into town. Being on top of a hill means we get loads of sun and great views.

Flat is kitted out with amenities (dishwasher, washing machine etc.) and comes with every kind of kitchen tool you could dream of. Kitchen is spacious, including a gas range which is great to cook on. Two of the flatmates do shared meals, so if that's something you're interested in joining in on let us know. Living room is connected to balcony with great view, and has multiple couches, a TV and dining table all set up inside. Bathroom has a shower, lots of storage space and then a separate toilet room.

Flatmates are all chill, creative people. One is an artist, one is a student and one is a barista. Happy to chat but also happy to give space. Queer and neuro-divergent friendly.

Landlords are very prompt (no property managers) and the building has a groundskeeper for any repairs, who also manages all rubbish (no more buying council bin bags!).

Overall great, convenient place to live.

Great room that gets lots of sun. Second biggest in the house, and faces out towards the valley so amazing views as well. Easily fits a queen bed, desk, drawers etc. The room comes with a wall heater, and is hooked into the house heating (though we rarely need to turn this on) so you can stay warm all winter.

Main thing is being respectful, and queer and neuro-divergent friendly. We're always keen to have someone who likes a chat, but completely fine if you're not interested in that.
