Flatmate Wanted for a sunny room in North Dunedin (Sublet from Jan – July 2025)

A bright and comfortable room is available for sublet from the start of January 2025 to mid-July 2025 (can be available sooner if requested). In a warm and dry 5-bedroom, 2.5-bath flat in North Dunedin. Rent is $178 per week (excluding utilities), plus a bond payment of $400.

You’ll be sharing the flat with 5 friendly flatmates including 2 couples, in our early 20s, a mix of students and young professionals.

The flat is located in the lovely North East Valley, just a 25-minute walk to the university, with a bus stop right outside for easy access to transport. Also with a covered carport, and lots of on-street parking available.

The flat features a large kitchen, comfortable communal living space, and a sunny courtyard to enjoy.

The available room gets excellent morning and midday sun and can be provided partially furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference. Reasonably sized with space to fit everything you need.

Our ideal flatmate is someone who is respectful and tidy. You are welcome to spend time and hang out with us, as we are a friendly and funny bunch who love to spend quality time together, but don't feel pressured as we also each enjoy our alone time!
