Furnished rooms available in Newtown, ideally long term but open to short term.
Close to the zoo, the hospital, bus routes (#23 and #3), and plenty of free on-street parking. Close to the town belt and trails.
Living area has a strong heat pump, and gets great sunsets. Small balcony with morning sun.
There are a few options:
- Medium sized room with double bed - available from 6 April
-Larger / coupled sized room with queen bed - available from mid-May for 5-6months.
-Rent the whole place from mid-May for 5-6months.

Meet the flatmates
Female in mid-thirties, who lives an active lifestyle, friendly, tidy and fairly independent. Mother lives downstairs in the flat below, is very friendly, and keeps the garden tidy.
I will be going on a overseas trip for a couple months this year. An opportunity to rent the whole place for cheaper than normal, or I will also look for someone nice to replace me in my room for that time.
