We have one room going in a three bedroom house in Newlands!

We are looking for a friendly, tidy, easy going flatmate. You’ll be living two young professional females in early their 30s and Honey the very friendly cat.

Rent is $220 per week, plus $15 a week for expenses. Room available mid-April but the move in date is flexible.

The house is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, street parking available, and close to a bus stop and Johnsonville train station. It is modern and warm with a nice outdoor patio with all day sun!
